I had never done a large-scale project like this, so I started taking the Project Management course to understand the framework and build my skill set. Sandy Yuen: Last year, I was assigned as a project manager for a systems-implementation project that would affect 24,000 employees. And then I took the PMP® Exam, which gives me a gold star!
