Despite raising several issues, all they responded to was the refill issue and they declined to explain what exactly was up with my previous provider. I contacted Done, and all they told me was that my healthcare provider was no longer a provider with them and that they were trying to find another provider to fill my prescription. Upon checking the Done website, I saw that my prescription refill had been requested over two weeks ago and never filled. I waited a while assuming that the prescription was coming down the pipeline and there was nothing. I was a bit confused after I checked to see if the pharmacy had sent me a pick-up request that I missed, but there wasn't any. The rescheduled appointment was canceled yet again, two weeks before my appointment.Īltogether this meant that I wasn't able to discuss changing my dosage or even getting testing accommodations for my finals.įast forward to this month and I ran out of medication. I relied on this and figured it must have been a fluke.I was wrong. I was a bit concerned because I wanted to discuss adjusting my dosage and getting accommodations for my final exams, but after cancellation I got an email saying that a new appointment had already been rescheduled for me. I scheduled the earliest appointment in April regardless, and only a few days beforehand, my provider canceled saying that there was an emergency. I used Done's website to ask if there was any earlier availability because my provider specifically said to see them again in one month, and all I got was a boilerplate response from Done Support (rather than my provider) which did not answer my question and only told me that I could request automatic refills. They said they would like me to schedule a follow-up in a month.Ībout a week after my appointment in January, I went to schedule a follow-up appointment but the provider's earliest availability was in April. Although it went much faster than I thought it would, the care provider seemed very empathetic to my issues and walked me through the possible treatment options, before deciding to try out 10mg of Adderal. I was really successful in high school and college, but it was at the expense of having to read virtually everything twice over to get a bare understanding of it. Despite this, my mom was really averse to having a "different" child and she kind of ignored these issues and just pushed me to work harder. Throughout my childhood, I had a long list of complaints from teachers and numerous academic issues throughout grade school. I've always known I've had issues focusing on stuff. I started using Donefirst (Done.) this January and I wanted to share some issues and frustrations I've had with their service.
